Panels’ fire performance

NO MELTING, NO BURNING DROPLETS

PUR insulation is closed safely into PANELO sandwich panel. All sides of the  panel are covered by wood. Panel has thick LVL board on one side and OSB board on other side. Adding gypsum boards or mineral wool on one or both sides will increase fire classification up to every required levels of specific building.

Rigid polyurethane foam PUR is a thermosetting plastic and does not melt or produce burning droplets under the effects of fire.

Building elements are classified in accordance with EN 13501 “Fire classification of construction products and building elements. Fire protection classification options for PANELO panels are Ei30 and higher.
