PANELO sandwich panel offers exceptional safety with closed-cell PUR insulation securely encased within. The timber-framed panel is OSB boarded on both sides, and can be further enhanced with gypsum boards or mineral wool for increased fire protection that meets specific building requirements.

The PUR foam used in our panel is a thermosetting plastic that does not melt or produce burning droplets in case of fire. PANELO panels have achieved impressive fire protection ratings with tests showing REi 90 or higher. When covered with two layers of standard gypsum board, our panels have a fire resistance performance of up to 90 minutes under loadbearing conditions.
