Their lightweight yet rigid construction also makes PANELO panels particularly suitable for earthquake-prone areas, providing stability and resilience while reducing structural loads.

PANELO closed timber-frame panels can be used both as load-bearing walls and as curtain walls in multi-storey buildings.

The panels consist of a structural timber frame combined with strong LVL, OSB, or cement board and closed-cell PUR insulation.

The closed-cell insulation is injected into the panels in liquid form using our specialized technology, creating a rigid and exceptionally strong composite panel.

The panels will be manufactured in a precut format, featuring framed window and door openings tailored to project specifications, including measurements, U values, and loads. PANELO panels adhere to low-energy and passive house standards while maintaining slender structures. This ensures increased net floor space within your building.

For projects requiring higher fire resistance, the panels can also be ordered with A1 or A2 fire-rated facing materials, such as cement boards.
